Payment / Fees

Consultations are to be paid in full on receipt of invoice, or at the very latest 48 hours prior to the agreed appointment time, by bank transfer to the bank details contained on the invoice. Cheques are not accepted.

Tests and supplements are extra, but I always try to ensure my protocols are as cost effective as possible. Full details of how to purchase tests and supplements will be provided with your protocol.

Under 18’s

Please note all under 18’s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled with full refund at a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice. Cancellations after this time will not be subject to refund.

Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice at the discretion of Nutritional Pathways, but will not be eligible for refund.

Nutritional Pathways reserves the right to reschedule consultations with 24 hours’ written notice.
