My Philosophy

Information on nutrition and lifestyle can often be confusing and overwhelming, making knowing where to start difficult.

The foods we eat, how well we digest and our lifestyles have a profound effect on our health, mood and energy levels.

I’m passionate about helping people to find a sustainable way of eating, that works for their unique needs and goals. I show my clients how to make small changes appropriate for them, that drive lasting results.

My Background

After years of exploring a personal interest in nutrition and its impact upon health, I formalised my knowledge through studying with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), achieving a diploma in Nutritional Therapy and becoming a registered Nutritional Therapist.

Continuing my professional development I have completed the Practitioner Skills for Eating Disorders course with the National. Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED) and I’m also a qualified Nutrigenomics Practitioner with Lifecode GX.

Registered with BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council), I am based in Bristol, but have an online set up to provide support throughout the UK.
